the hotel provided good prices. the venue was pretty and lovely, i enjoyed the stay and the location was unbeatable just off cafes and restaurants and shops and chachapoyas and a block away from the market. the room was big size with balcony overlooking the plaza de armes and my experience was comfortable. the staff were flexible and amiable whole time of my stay.

We can recommend it. Thoroughly enjoyed our 5-nights stay. The local staff were affable and accommodating. The location couldn't be more particularly good right in the heart of the city.

Excellent setting, next to Chachapoyas and cafes and restaurants and shops and restaurants. Extremely spacious room with balcony overlooking the plaza de armes and GREAT experience.

Units with balcony overlooking the plaza de armes. We thoroughly enjoyed the staff, they were all exceptionally nice and amicable. The hotel had a magnificent and particularly good location right by Los Troncos.

This colonial hotel is lovely with flexible and friendly staff. The venue's location is magnificent and favourable, close to nice restaurants, Chachapoyas main square, and the city center. The place provides good prices.
